Plagiarism Prevention

The International Journal of Social Science and Applied Technology (IJSSAT) takes plagiarism seriously and is committed to ensuring the originality of all submitted content.

All manuscripts submitted to IJSSAT are subject to plagiarism screening using reliable similarity detection tools (such as Turnitin, iThenticate, or other plagiarism checkers). The editorial team reviews all reports before proceeding to peer review.

Policy Guidelines:

  • Unattributed copying, self-plagiarism, and duplicate publication are strictly prohibited.
  • If plagiarism is detected before publication, the manuscript will be rejected.
  • If discovered after publication, the article may be retracted and appropriate notices issued.
  • Authors are responsible for ensuring that all sources are properly cited and that their work is original.

IJSSAT follows the ethical standards set by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) in handling all suspected cases of plagiarism.
